Flexeez takes pride in the quality of every item we create. Due to the handmade nature of our 3D printed products, minor surface imperfections and small variances are normal and not considered faults. As such, refunds will not be issued for slight cosmetic differences or change of mind.
Refunds or replacements will only be granted in cases where a product arrives damaged or incorrect. To qualify, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographic evidence of the issue. Flexeez reserves the right to determine whether a refund, replacement, or store credit is appropriate.
By completing a purchase, the customer agrees to these refund terms and accepts that all refund decisions are at the sole discretion of Flexeez.

5. Shipping Costs In most cases, you will not need to return the item. If a return is requested, return postage costs will only be covered by Flexeez in the event of confirmed damage or error on our part.
